Hi Ar! This listing is for the 10th Generation Fire HD 10 tablet, but we do have a new model available which is the 13th Generation. I mostly bring it up because it features support for the new Made for Amazon Stylus pen which might be great for taking notes! As far as the 10th gen goes, it features a built in Kindle app which can be great for digital text books or PDFs to use for day to day studying. It also has Bluetooth so if you like to type your notes you can pair a wireless keyboard as an alternative to using the touchscreen for note taking. I hope that helps, have a great rest of your day!
