“Has anyone used this for taking notes or for school/college use? I’m looking for something smaller and easier to carry to school since my laptop is large and heavy!”

• Hello APerdue! There are a number of different compatible Notepad options and apps available for this device and would work well for note taking and organizing those notes. I hope this helps and you have a terrific day!

• If you are looking to write with a stylus, look elsewhere. Fire tablets don't work well with a stylus.
