• It doesn't come installed. One could watch a YouTube video if one so choices.

• Hello Christmas! You are able to use Google bookmarks and select Google apps as well as access the Google search engine directly through the Amazon Silk web browser. However, if you mean the Google Play Store specifically, then no you are unable to access the Google Play store as Amazon has their own Amazon Appstore with approved apps for use with this tablet.
