Hello! Some content can be, but not all. Certain apps will not keep data from a previous device, but each app is different. I would make sure you use the Backup & Restore function in the tablet. Here are steps on how to do that: 1. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Settings. 2. Tap Device Options, and then tap Backup & Restore. 3. Tap the switch to turn Device Backup ON. Your device will automatically back up once weekly when it is in sleep mode and connected wirelessly." This backup will keep your: -Personal settings -Silk Browser bookmarks -Home screen and app layout. Anything you have purchased through your Amazon account will be available to you on your new tablet, but it will need downloaded once you log into your new one. I hope that information helps.
