Unfortunately without being able to access the new tablet, you may not be able to access some of the content if it wasn't stored/backed up. During the set up of the new tablet, there is an option to restore from a previous profile if it was. In a worst case scenario, if you are not able to access a backed up profile, you can always redownload the apps and purchases as those are tied directly to the Amazon profile that you used for the older tablet.
