• You can also mirror the content wirelessly from your Fire HD to any DLNA compliant TV. This will also work with a Roku player or gaming console so no cable needed. Got to "Settings / Display / Display Mirroring" All compatible devices will display so if you have a new generation HDTV it will most likely have mirroring capability.

• Yes you can get an hdmi cable that adapts to the port on the Kindle Fire. I have one and it works great.
