If you're looking to access YouTube while the tablet is on a child profile, you'll have to add it via the Parent Dashboard on Amazon's website. You can also use the Parent Dashboard to manage things like the age range of content available via the included free trial of Amazon Kids+, as well as set usage limits and give access to digital purchases you've made like books and movies.
