“I am having a problem with charging the battery. I connect the charger and it does not charge. Is the charger that comes with the device in adequate? Or sometimes it will charge but it takes hours upon hours. Is anyone else having this problem?”

Based on Amazon's response, the device takes approx. 6hrs to charge fully. With a max 12hr use per charge (Closer to 8-10hrs if using on WiFi or while playing heavy graphic intensive games or apps.) This device is truly a use all day, charge all night type of tablet. Of course you can use it while it's on the charger, but that will make the charge cycle even longer. Avoid multiple short charge cycles a day as each cycle effects the battery and will eventually kill the battery earlier than if you charge fully in long stretches.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had similar problem .It was the charge connector in the unit started to come loose . Drove me crazy . Had to be exactly correct plug in or would not charge .Could have had repaired , but computer died at same time so I ended up buying new one as I have old flip phone . You can check on line to see what you repair cost is .
