• No, they are not downloaded from Google Play. Amazon has their own app store and access to 400,000 apps as opposed to the billions accessable on Google Play or the Apple app store. A lot of the very popular apps are available on the Amazon store. All you have to do is search through Amazon's apps to see if they are available. Netflix and ABCmouse.com are available.
