• You can definitely make Tik Toks on this tablet, as Tik Tok is supported on the Amazon App Store. The camera quality won't be as good as most cell phones though. As far as editing the videos, I'm not sure how many apps are available, but my past experience with the Amazon Store would be that there aren't many, or any of high quality. You can access the normal Google Play store thru these tablets, but it requires side loading (sort of like jailbreaking) to make it compatible to accept applications outside of Amazon's UI. You would probably be better off with a cheaper Samsung Galaxy Tab (A7 Lite, A8) or a Lenovo (M9, M10) that runs Android OS for your purposes.

• Hi C, The Fire 11 Max is compatible with Tik Tok and other video editing apps. The Fire 11 Max utilizes an android operating system and the Amazon App store for all compatible apps. Hope this helps!
