Can you record tv shows on this? null

Hello Bev, No, unfortunately you cannot record shows on a Fire TV Cube. Recording Devices are only sold by the cable or satellite provider due to licensing and copyright agreements. The Fire TV Cube does however have over 10,000 applications which will feature live and streaming television. For example, I use YouTube TV. The YouTube TV app on my Fire TV as well as my Fire TV Stick allows me to set shows to record within the app. Usually for recording purposes, a subscription service is required to allow you to record on a device itself or on the applications cloud storage.
