You don't have to add anything more to enable voice commands. They are embedded in the Cumbe. Alexa can hear you and you can speak to Alexa, on the Cube. Also, the Cube/Alexa can talk to you. Tell you notifications, or timers, probably more.

If you would like to add the Alexa App to your Smart Phone or Tablet you will be able to control your Fire Cube from there as well, however it's not necessary. I have attached the instructions to set up the TV Cube Bellow: 1. Place your Fire TV Cube 1 to 2 ft (50 cm) away from any speakers. 2. Plug one end of your HDMI cable into your TV and the other end in your Fire TV Cube. 3. Plug the power adapter into an outlet and then into your Fire TV Cube. 4. Put batteries in your Fire TV remote. 5. Turn on your TV and switch to the correct HDMI input. 6. If your remote doesn't pair automatically, press the Home button until "Press Play Pause to start" appears on-screen (about 10 seconds). 7. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to Wi-Fi and download the latest software update. Note: If you're having issues with your Wi-Fi password, contact your internet service provider. Sign in with your Amazon account. Use your mobile phone or computer to visit the on-screen web address (amazon.com/code) and enter the verification code. Follow the on-screen questions to set up equipment control for devices like soundbars. To download apps and games, add a default payment method to Your Payments. Have a Great Day!
