Will a firestick work with a sound Bar? null

When you are setting up the latest fire stick with volume control and power, during the setup to sync remote to tv it asks if there will be a sound bar used.

HDMI to your tv and then sound bar out will work.

Yes the fire stick will work with the sound bar, it has a pass-through function that will use your television to pass through the Dolby 5.1 channel audio to whatever receiver you have hooked up.

The firestick has to be used with a video Source hdmi. You have to be able to see it to control what it does.
