Can I use the spectrum app with this? null

I recently inquired with Spectrum about downloading the Spectrum TV app to my Fire TV and was told it is not available on that platform. I was also told that the app does not have the capability to cast from your phone to your Fire TV or Apple TV. I haven’t tried but this is what Spectrum customer service told me.

No ,you cannot use Spectrum app with this.
