• You can use WiFi or Ethernet. To use Ethernet, You will need an extra piece ordered separately.

• Most of the time u need wifi with these streaming sticks and a hdmi port..thats it

• Hello and thank you for your question! This device requires WiFi to be used with it out of the box. There is an adapter that is sold separately that allows you to plug in an Ethernet cable directly from the modem to it. Unfortunately it is not an item that Best Buy carries at this time.
