It is probably not the firestick. It is probably the Netflix app. Uninstall and reinstall the Netflix app...or just reset the app. That should work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To "reboot" your fire stick, unplug and re-plug it it's USB power source. You don't need to remove the stick from the TV. If a stick "reboot" did not restore service, I would guess your internet connection is to blame, rather than the stick.
