No you can not. This device is meant for giving you access to all yoir streaming services. Its not a cable or dvr service. However if you pay for a live tv service such as sling you can access that app from the Fire Stick.

It also won't record anything for you. I ended up giving mine away and going back to my old Roku 3 because there was no way to get Starz on the fire stick.
