My remote quit working after 2 days, any fixes? Already tried reset, unplugged, held home key down for 10 sec. so mad!!! Help null

You can download the fire stick tv app that works as a wireless remote. Also try holding down your home key on the actual remote for a minute or so and it should recognize it again. Or if you add the app there's an option in the settings to search for remotes and you can re-add it like that.

Try disconnecting the Firestick and then turning it back on. I had the same issue and this fixed it. You have to link the remote again in settings if it des not automatically connects.

Holding the home button for ten seconds and play/pause button for ten seconds should work for you or try taking the batteries out and trying new ones
