“What is the difference between Apple TV and Amazon Fire?”

• They both basically do the same thing but Apple uses the Apple store for you to purchase movies and Amazon uses the Amazon store for you to make purchases the one difference there is is Apple you're forced to get all applications from them but with Amazon they allow 3rd party apps so you can get apps from anywhere and install them..

• The operating system is the main difference. Apple is of course apple based and Amazon is Android based

• You'll see a difference in some of the apps you can load onto each and so far, I don't believe you can mirror a phone to the Amazon Fire like you can with the Apple TV. And price, of course.
