Yes but if you use over 15gig of data, Verizon will throttle (slow it down alot) your speed. It's in your contract. Happened to me.

You can use your phone's hotspot, however streaming uses a lot of data. Even with unlimited plans that claim not to slow you down after a certain amount of data usage, they still do.
