Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As for the Sasmsung TVs make sure that you're plugging the Firestick into the wall and not the USB drive on the TV. Once it's plugged into the wall , powered on and the correct input is selected you should have no problem seeing the Amazon menu.
