“Does the Kindle (10th generation) Kids edition - 6" - 8GB work with the Libby App or Hoopla app that many public libraries use? If so, how ? I am looking to suggest this to my students who may have to learn remotely this year, but need direction. Thx.”

As far as I know, it is a hard no on Hoopla. With Libby you can sign in and browse on another device, and have it sent to you Kindle via the Amazon store.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had success with Overdrive app. Once the book is borrowed I have the option to select "read now with Kindle" and through there send the book directly to the Kindle. I don't imagine that Libby or Hoopla would be much different.
