A:AnswerIf your library is attached to your kindle account (like you go into the kindle app to read, etc) than yes! and it's extremely easy. You just sign into the kindle with your amazon account and it instantly uploads it.
A:AnswerI don't recommend. Technically you can access the internet, but it is very slow and not the same experience as a regular browser. I think the fire tablet from amazong might be better. I dont own the fire tablet but it looks more like what you're looking for.
