• Yes, tap the top left corner of the screen. The menu bar will appear. On the far right of the screen you will see some horizontal bars. Tap the bars. Then slide the airplane mode on. It will automatically disable all wifi until you slide it back off.

• You need to turn you device to the Airplane mode to turn off the Wifi.

• You can switch the device to airplane mode when you want to stop the wifi from connecting in public places.
