• Hello, Daisysmom! The Amazon Kindle Paperwhite is available in both ad-supported and ad-free configurations. Whether your device has ads depends entirely on which version you purchase or if you choose to pay to remove them later. But since you've purchased the upgraded Amazon Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition, it is completely ad-free by default. The standard Paperwhite though cheaper would support ads. I hope this helps!
