• I have been able to connect to the Libby app from the local library and send to my kindle I can also send to the e-reader via Amazon app

• Hello 1Vee, the Kindle Paperwhite is only compatible with books from the kindle library and other ebook files such as EPUB and KPF files. I hope this answers your question and that you have an amazing day!
