Yes. I currently have Folders for two of my college classes and a personal folder for personal documents. Same thing with the notebooks. You can create folders and within each folder you can have your notebooks.

With notebook overview, flip more easily through your notebooks, view several pages of your notebooks at once, and insert, move, or delete full pages. Hope this helps. Have a great day!
