None of them even seem to understand the issue. There was no help. I tried calling Amazon and they told me to call Best Buy. I guess I'll cancel my subscription before I get charged.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem. Called Best Buy and got transferred all over the place to include appliances. I tried amazon who said it had to go through Best Buy. I called Best Buy back, literally talked to ten different people over four hours. Finally talked to a supervisor to complain about me constantly getting transferred, she transferred my call! Gave up never got the four free months, will never shop Best Buy again.
