How do I cancel amazon music account? null

Astonishingly, the only way to cancel the Amazon music subscription is by calling Best Buy and asking then to cancel it. I called and was transferred twice until someone there finally was able to cancel the subscription (ask for the digital subscription department). Note that if you take advantage of this trial subscription the subscription will NOT appear on your Amazon account under “Memberships and Subscriptions” — hence the need to call BB to cancel. Yes, that is as absurd as it sounds. My advice: don’t take advantage of this free Amazon Music subscription. It’s not worth the hassle when the time comes to cancel it.

Another reason why BestBuy won't be around much longer. The service sucks. I went to Amazon to cancel it and says I have to do it through Best Buy. I did that bc I got an email from BestBuy that my free sub was about to expire and I need to visit my account page to cancel. That option is nowhere to be found.

Click on your name - example - “Hi, John” Scroll down to Plans and Subscriptions (right below Payment Methods) You’ll see the Amazon subscription with a hyperlink to cancel. If you cancel, your subscription will still be active until the expiration date of your trial.

Go into your Amazon account online under subscriptions I believe and click on the music service. There should be choices to stop or change to a different version of the service. There are very affordable options which is nice.
