“Is this safe for a 3 way light switch/bulb?”

• It is completely safe, but remember the three way switches can turn the Apple Switch on or off. The Apple Switch has to have power to itself to turn other switched things on or off. The Apple Switch can not turn items plugged into it on, if it doesn't have power to the Apple Switch itself from the three way switches.

• Hello KM and thank you so much for your question about the Amazon Smart Plug being used with a 3 way bulb or switch. The device functions simply as an on/off feature and would not utilize the additional lighting settings but it would be safe to use to turn the device on or off.
