Hello! Thanks for reaching out. Amazon Fire Stick is a streaming device that plugs into your TV's HDMI port and gives you access to a variety of streaming services, including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and HBO Max. As such, you will not be directly connecting your cable directly to this device. Hopefully this helps. Have a wonderful day!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not sure if I understand your question correctly. Fire TV can be plugged into any that has HDMI port. If you are thinking of connecting this to a cable box, then it is not possible. The other way round also is not possible. Along with the cable TV, plugged into the TV, the Fire TV also can be plugged into the TV, into another HDMI port.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure what "Fire TV Device" means. BEST BUY Sold my family the Samsung pre-Stream TV and one when Streaming was young. BOTH HDTVs work FIRE STICK TV with an excellences. Problem? BOTH have USB ports, so Fire Stick works. Our pre-Stream TV has NO port for the power source. meaning? TV power cable is the only power source. I had to return one of these power leeching, toys that runs Fire Stick TV, not the wall outlet. The other TV works seamlessly. ONLY: the connections and TV port are SUPER TIGHT, so be persistent. Point I can only make is I used it only with Fire Stick TV compatable TV with a port for only electricity. Some things let you charge AND interface with the net. I returned one give the impression TVs are like that -- so NO. Long wind: only with Fire Stick TV CAPABLE TVs is my only knowledgeable experience. I have no other way to use it. That what you mean?
