    • Answer Hello Angie, Unfortunately, the Kindle Kids does not currently have wireless charging capability. The only Kindles that have wireless charging are the Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition and the Kindle Colorsoft. Being that the Kids Kindle is built on the Standard Paperwhite platform, it does not have the ability to charge using a wireless charger. I hope this answers your question!

While I don't know exactly where you'd have the Pop Socket attached, the actual charging coils on this charger would probably not make a good connection if there's anything attached to the back of the Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition that's sitting on it. If you're looking into alternatives, it looks like you should be fine with any sort of case or accessory that's 4mm thick or less through the back. The official Amazon cases are all compatible with wireless charging. I hope that helps, have a great rest of your day!
