No, this is a Processor with a built in GPU (Graphics Processing Unit.) If you want to stream you'll need a dedicated (discreet) graphics card separate from the processor. I recommend a Nvidia 1660 Super GPU for starters if you already have a decent computer and don't mind running a little lower quality. If you are building a PC and need a processor, then a Ryzen 5 is your best bet.
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is not a graphics card but a CPU with built in Graphics built into the CPU chip. You could build a machine with a compatible motherboard and plug your monitor right into the motherboard's hdmi port with no dedicated graphics card at all. From the reviews only, this CPU with Graphics built in (called an APU) can do Fortnite ok at 720p resolution. For 1080p resolution you'd be better served with AMD's next APU up the list, the 3400g. You can google AMD 3200G Fortnite and find some interesting reivews with videos showing the performance. But, to reiterate, this is not a graphics card at all.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It isn't the best but it will work. It does have a graphics installed in it thats what the g stands for after 3200g
