Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it needs a graphics card, I would recommend the MSI b550 tomahawk. It should support the cpu out of the box and it had bios flash back if it doesn't. (I will never buy another mobo without bios flash back).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Most AMD CPU's do not have onboard graphics, this one is no exception. You will need a dedicated GPU in the system for it to post. For a motherboard, I recommend the Asus TUF Gaming B550-PLUS WiFi II. It is an AM4 socket board with tons of great features. I recently upgraded to it myself. Probably one of the best decisions I've ever made.
