• In your email if you had a copy of the purchase sent to your email Also need the part installed and you need their verification software from their website

• If you qualified for it still reach out through chat. Something similar happened to me with DIablo and a GPU but they can issue you the code via email. Also check your SPAM and "other" folders if you use Outlook accounts.
