• Yes, all the networking will function with your existing 3rd party wifi.

• No, you need the AmpliFi Router for this to work.

• You can use the AT&T modem, but you will need to get the AMPLIFI router to use the mesh points. You would essentially have two WiFi networks in your house. One AMPLIFI network and one being broadcast from the AT&T modem / router combo.
