The iPhone SE (3rd Gen) does not have MagSafe compatibility, so it won't magnetically attach to this charger or wirelessly charge. If you'd still like to use it, you can charge your iPhone SE (3rd Gen) via the USB-C port with a compatible charging cable. No additional accessories are needed apart from the cable. Please note that this power bank needs to be recharged using a USB-C wall charger with a USB-C to USB-C cable (included) or a USB-A wall charger with a USB-A to USB-C cable.
