I was having a similar issue… I found an article on Reddit where someone said to flip the battery so the metal is on the inside and put it on the charging stand then remove it and flip the battery the correct way and then it should start working. Strange fix but it helped my controller when it wasn’t charging :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So when we got this, the controller lights would just blink amber (meaning its not working according to the book). I couldn't understand !! I checked the batteries twice, to make sure the three dots on the controller cover lined up with the three dots on the charger. No matter what I did those two orange lights for the controllers would blink!! Then I went in one more time to check the batteries and notice there are two silver squares on the batteries those need to be facing outwards so that the controller can charge. As soon as I turn them around they are working perfectly!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.surely you've gotten this answered by now, but I too just got the anker charger and swapped out the batteries and compartment covers. On the batteries there are two "metal plates" make sure those are facing up and that they are in alignment with the metal plates on the underside of the compartment cover. Once I aligned mine the amber lights stopped blinking.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try making sure the batteries are facing the correct way? Also, give them a slight shake, if you hear rattling, the battery could be just a bit too small or something might be loose. Or, try swapping batteries between the two controllers.
