“Just got our charging dock. Successfully charged headset and right controller. We have not been able to get the left controller to charge. Just keeps blinking. The battery is in correctly, metal plates lined up with the controller cover.”

Check the rechargeable batteries position. The silver on the batteries have to be lined up with the cover piece for them to charge. I keep having that problem and constantly have to turn the battery back to the correct place. T

Please try the following troubleshooting: - Check if the controllers have been placed properly on the Charging Dock, make sure the charging ports on the Battey Cover and the Charging Dock connect properly. - Check if the battery has been installed as instructed, make sure the contacts on the battery case are touching the metal tabs on the batteries. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are silver plates on the physical battery. And little silver tabs on the inside of the cover. Make sure those 2 are touching when you slide the cover into place.
