Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Please try the following troubleshooting: - Take off the controllers from the Dock for 5-10 minutes, then put it back again. Making sure the battery and controller are set well, and no movement when charging. - Check if the battery covers and the pins on the Dock are damaged Oculus Quest 2 is designed based on the normal AA battery while the Anker supplied batteries are NiMH batteries. They are a bit different on the voltage. Therefore, sometimes, the controller won't show 100% even the battery is fully charged. The controller has temperature protection. When it gets over 40℃, the controller will stop charging. Rest assured this won't cause a problem.
