  • Question1. Is this allowed to carry on luggage for travel? 2. How many hours to use the battery if fully charge.

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Yes, the Anker Power Bank (10,000mAh, 22.5W) is allowed to be carried in your carry-on luggage for travel. Power banks with a battery capacity lower than 27,027mAh (100 watt-hours) can be legally and safely taken on a flight, and your 10,000mAh power bank is well within this limit. However, please ensure that the power bank is placed in your carry-on luggage as power banks cannot be placed in your checked luggage. It is also recommended to verify with the airline prior to your flight as guidelines can change.

  • QuestionHow long does it take to charge the power bank?

    Asked by Cesar.

    • Answer The charging time for the 10,000mAh Power Bank (22.5W) depends on the type of wall charger and cable being used: Using a PD 30W wall charger: It will take approximately 4–4.5 hours to fully recharge the power bank. Using an 18W PD wall charger (with a USB-C to USB-C cable): It would likely take around 6.5 hours to recharge the power bank. Using a 5V/2A wall charger (with a USB-A to USB-C cable): This will take significantly longer, around 21 hours to recharge the power bank. To achieve the fastest recharging time, using a 30W PD wall charger is recommended.

  • QuestionWhat’s the volts and amps for this charger?

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer This specific Anker 10,000mAh power bank with a 22.5W output can deliver power at several different voltage and current combinations. The "22.5W" represents the maximum total output power. Here are the typical output specifications for a charger of this type: 5V / 3A = 15W 9V / 2.22A = 20W 10V / 2.25A = 22.5W (Max) 12V / 1.87A = 22.5W (Max) Important Notes: Variable Output: The charger doesn't output all these at once. It uses protocols like Power Delivery (PD) or Quick Charge (QC) to automatically negotiate the correct voltage and current with your connected device for optimal, safe charging. For Best Results: To get the full 22.5W speed, your phone or device must also support a compatible fast-charging protocol (like PD or QC). Check the Product Label: For the absolute definitive specifications, look at the fine print on the physical label of the power bank itself, which will list the exact output profiles (voltage/amperage). In short: It provides up to 22.5W of power, most commonly at 10V/2.

  • QuestionCan I charge the power bank and a device at the same time

    Asked by Scott.

    • Answer No No, you cannot charge the power bank and a device at the time. It has a UBC & UBA port on it and only one can be used at a time. I thought that you could do the same thing to charge it and use it, but it can only either take charge or put out charge.
