  • QuestionHow do I know when my battery pack is charging? I notice it has a green light but I’m still not show when is charging…

    • Answer There is 4 green dots around the power button. When the the device is charging, they will show the level of charge. When all 4 lights are solid green, the device is fully charge. I recommend using a high-speed phone charger because it will take a while on just 5 volts.

    • Answer To get a rough estimate, you can use the following formula: (Number of recharges) = (Power bank capacity in mAh) * (Efficiency) / (Phone battery capacity in mAh) For example, if you have a phone with a 3000mAh battery and we assume an efficiency of 80%, the calculation would be: (Number of recharges) = (20000mAh) * (0.8) / (3000mAh) (Number of recharges) = 16000mAh / 3000mAh (Number of recharges) ≈ 5.33
