• The is a USB charger that only puts out 5V. This is enough power for a Raspberry Pi. So if your laptop is powered by a Pi, this USB charger will be able to power it. If the power needs are higher, then the answer is no. On the other hand, you can charge this battery from your laptop, but that is opposite of what you want.
