• When charging any battery bank with an LED indicator (usually 4 diodes) they'll blink intermittently depending on the power level. In the end the fourth should stop blinking and all will shut off indicating it's at max capacity. When in doubt just briefly click the button to show how full it is. If none, it's dead, Jim.
