So far I am not impressed with the Anker product - Anchor would be more appropriate. Takes over 20 hours for a full charge, then is sooo slooow to charge an iPad Air 2 using the “High Speed” ha ha output. Do yourself a favor, return it as fast as you can, then purchase a quality product such as Mophie. I have purchased 3 Mophie 20k and they work perfectly, and have a Mophie iPHONE charging case that is at least 4 years old that I use everyday and it still works great. I am a Mechanical & Electronics engineer and love to experiment and compare products. As with Apple, Microsoft and Mophie you can expect to pay a little more but you’re getting a better quality product. Anker description states that it is the best selling product in this category, but that does not mean that it’s the best and most reliable. I will be returning my Anchor, whoops misspelt Anker. Hope this was helpful. Not trying to disparage Anker products, but I paid the same price for the Mophie. Unless Anker can prove me wrong I stand by my evaluation (did I possibly get a unit that is malfunctioning? I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt).
