• Because the battery is small enough it is perfect for travel. The only restricted power banks are in believe 50000mah and they are big and usually for powering a laptop computer .

• I don't see why not, I had mine in my purse and it went right through TSA without any issue. Normally any electronics have to be put in a tray but only my phone and tablet were placed in the tray. It's so lightweight that it will fit in your pocket!
