“I bought this yesterday and have had it plugged into a wall outlet all night and it doesn't appear to be charging. There is one solid blue light and one blinking all the time. Did I miss a step to get it to charge?”

It might be your plug. Make sure you plug in from wall to the usbC port. And yes it will take all night. The blinking will disappear once full.
