My husband and I both have iPhones and we both could charge our phones multiple times a day, for like 2-3 days without having to recharge the charger itself. I would say it take a good 6-8 hours to get a good charge/ fully charged! Also it didn’t seem to take too long for my phone to charge all the way up, but I also never let it get past 30%.
