- Answer I charge it with a 4amp charger and it still remains cool while charging. And yes, the small gauge USB C wire that it comes with stayed cool. No issues with thermal management.

- Answer The charge seems to be okay. I get up to maybe 2-3 charges for my iPhone XR . It takes forever to charge the charger itself and my charger didn’t even come with a charger for itself.

QuestionWhat is the maximum wattage for a usb c wall charger to charge this. I purchased this model, died on second charge using Qualcomm 3 fast charge. Anker was kind to send a replacement but I want to make sure I am using correct wall charger to prevent again.

- Answer Why wouldn't u ask the manufacturer when u spoke 2 them about a replacement? Doesn't make sense, but I use my Samsung fast charger n it's still going after a year of use with no sign of wearing down.

QuestionHow long does it take to charge? I just opened the box today, and I have had it charging for over 10 hours, but it still does not seem to be charged. The first two lights are solid, the third is blinking, and the fourth is not lit up at all.

- Answer I was using the USB charger that came with my iPad, so I believe it is a 2.2. After posting my question, I let it continue to charge overnight, and when I checked it this morning, none of the lights were on. So, I guess that means that it is completely charged and that is just takes a long time to do.
