I have used it to charge an iPhone 13 and an iPad Pro (not sure the generation). If it can charge an iPad, it can charge a Kindle Fire. I charged 2 iPhone 13s at the same time, and it didn't take the charge indicator off full. That means there was still at least 3/4 of a charge in the device. The USB-C port which is used for charging the device can also be used as output.
